I'm not receiving notifications
Check that notifications are enabled under Settings → Notifications → Pilla on your iPhone. Make sure you have a Premium subscription as push notifications are a premium feature.
How do I change reminder times?
Open Pilla → Settings → Reminders, and adjust the morning and evening alarm times to your preference.
Can I add multiple medications?
Yes! You can add multiple medications with different schedules. Go to Settings and add new medications with their own dose times.
How do I delete my data?
Since all data is stored locally on your device, simply deleting the app will remove all Pilla data. You can also reset the app from Settings within Pilla.
